The Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing Limited will be held on 18th December 2025 (Thursday) commencing at 6:00pm at PCCW Garden (訊盈軒) , B/F Lockhart Exchange, 3 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

- To receive and approve the Chairman Report
- To receive and approve the audited financial statements
- To elect directors
- To appoint Auditors for the forthcoming financial year

Notes:
- A member entitled to attend and vote at annual general meeting is entitled to appoint another person to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Association.
- A form of proxy for use at the annual general meeting of the Association or any adjournment thereof is enclosed.
- The form of proxy or corporate representative from completed in accordance with the instructions set out therein must be deposited at the registered office of the Company or email to jessica.chan@hkaim.orgon or before 17th December 2025.
- IMPORTANT: According to the Articles of Association of the Association, Founding members and Individual members shall not be entitled to receive notices and vote in all general meetings.
